Virgin Mojito, a non-alcoholic version of the classic mojito, is a popular summer drink. Ingredients
  

  • â…“ cup Sugar
  • â…” cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Lemon slices
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • â…” cup Soda water
  • 10-12 Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, prepare simple syrup, take a saucepan and combine sugar and water. Bring the liquid to a boil on medium flame; keep stirring until sugar has dissolved completely. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
  • Place 3-4 mint leaves, 2 lemon slices and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a glass for serving. Muddle them together gently for a few seconds. The mint leaves should only be bruised to release the essential oils and should not be shredded.
  • Add ice cubes or crushed ice, 1/3 cup of simple syrup and 1/3 cup of soda water. Stir it well. You can increase or decrease the amount of syrup as per your choice.
  • Serve the chilled virgin mojito with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
