Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

This Term of Use shall be interpreted and governed in all respects by the laws of India. You hereby expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India alone and no other courts shall be entitled to entertain and try any dispute or matter relating to or arising out of this Term of Use.

Arbitration

We will work in good faith to resolve any issue you have with the Site.  You and DoT agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Site, including products and services ordered or purchased on the Site, we shall conduct negotiations in good faith to solve such dispute. If mutual resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days after the commencement of such negotiations then such dispute shall be determined by binding arbitration. Either party shall be free to refer such dispute to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a single arbitrator after notice in writing to the other, clearly mentioning the nature of the dispute/ differences. The arbitrator shall be appointed by DoT. The venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. Any award made in such arbitration will be final and binding on the Parties.
