Ingredients
- â…“ cup Sugar
- â…” cup Water
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 Lemon slices
- 10 Mint leaves
- â…” cup Soda water
- 10-12 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Firstly, prepare simple syrup, take a saucepan and combine sugar and water. Bring the liquid to a boil on medium flame; keep stirring until sugar has dissolved completely. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
- Place 3-4 mint leaves, 2 lemon slices and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a glass for serving. Muddle them together gently for a few seconds. The mint leaves should only be bruised to release the essential oils and should not be shredded.
- Add ice cubes or crushed ice, 1/3 cup of simple syrup and 1/3 cup of soda water. Stir it well. You can increase or decrease the amount of syrup as per your choice.
- Serve the chilled virgin mojito with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
