Ingredients
- 1 medium (200 gm) Ripe Mango peeled, pitted, and finely diced
- 2 tbsp Red onion ,finely chopped
- 4 tbsp Coriander leaves , finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 tbsp Red bell pepper , chopped
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Chilli powder
- ¼ tsp Ground cumin

- In a serving bowl, combine the finely diced mango, bell pepper, onion, coriander leaves, chilli powder, ground cumin powder, lime juice and salt to taste. (Note: I have added chilli powder in this recipe; you can add green chilli or jalapeno (seeded and finely minced) instead of chilli powder.)
- Using a large spoon, gently stir the ingredients together. Transfer to a serving dish and let the salsa rest in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes for the best flavour.
- Mango salsa is ready to serve.
