This juicy, sweet, tangy and refreshing Mango Salsa is a perfect summer treat for mango lovers on a hot summer day in a bowl with some Nachos! It’s made up of ripe sweet mangos, crunchy red bell peppers, zingy red onions, zesty lime juice and refreshing coriander leaves. I have added a few spices to give more zing to this delicious salsa. This salsa has a perfect balance of sweet, tangy and zesty flavours in a bowl– in minutes!
This salsa is super simple, quick and easy to make, and you just need diced mango, chopped vegetables and 5 minutes to whip it up this delicious salsa. It is delicious as a salad, with chips or nachos as an appetizer or a topping for tacos, salads, grilled chicken or fish.
This beautiful Mango Salsa is highly customizable; you can add your favourite vegetables as per your choice, like cucumber, capsicum, tomatoes etc. You can make this Mango Salsa beforehand and bring it out when it’s time to serve. This mango salsa is a perfect crowd-pleaser for any party and get-together.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium (200 gm) Ripe Mango peeled, pitted, and finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Red onion ,finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp Coriander leaves , finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 4 tbsp Red bell pepper , chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp Ground cumin

Instructions
 

  • In a serving bowl, combine the finely diced mango, bell pepper, onion, coriander leaves, chilli powder, ground cumin powder, lime juice and salt to taste. (Note: I have added chilli powder in this recipe; you can add green chilli or jalapeno (seeded and finely minced) instead of chilli powder.)
  • Using a large spoon, gently stir the ingredients together. Transfer to a serving dish and let the salsa rest in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes for the best flavour.
  • Mango salsa is ready to serve.
