Mango oats smoothie is a perfect healthy summer breakfast smoothie made with fresh, ripe, sweet mangoes, oats, and milk. This breakfast smoothie is the best recipe when you don’t want to spend lots of in the kitchen but still want a nutritious and light breakfast.
This smoothie is the perfect recipe for those days and is packed with the goodness of fresh ripe mango and oats. Topped with chia and pumpkin seeds, it is more nutritious and healthy. It is made of a handful of ingredients. Just grab those simple ingredients, blitz them in your blender until smooth, and enjoy the delicious smoothie at home or on the go.
In this smoothie, soaked oats give a perfect creamy texture to the smoothie. Oats are a natural superfood and are incredibly nutritious, packed with vital vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. In addition, they’re higher in fibre and protein compared to other grains. Oats make you feel full for longer and help in weight loss.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mango (ripe & sweet) ,chopped
  • ¼ cup Quick cooking oats
  • 2 ½ Cups Skimmed milk , chilled
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Mango cubes , for garnishing (optional)

  • Soak oats in ½ cup of milk, and keep in the fridge overnight or for 5 –6 hours. Soaked oats give the smoothie the perfect silky smooth texture; however, you can also use instant oats without soaking according to your preference.
  • To make the smoothie, add soaked overnight oats in the blender. Add mango, remaining chilled milk, and honey and blend to a smooth consistency.
  • Pour the mango smoothie into the serving glasses. Top it up with some chopped mango cubes. Sprinkle chia seeds and pumpkin seeds on the top and garnish with mint sprig.
  • Enjoy Mango Oats Breakfast Smoothie chilled.
