Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango (ripe & sweet) ,chopped
- ¼ cup Quick cooking oats
- 2 ½ Cups Skimmed milk , chilled
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp Mango cubes , for garnishing (optional)

Instructions
- Soak oats in ½ cup of milk, and keep in the fridge overnight or for 5 –6 hours. Soaked oats give the smoothie the perfect silky smooth texture; however, you can also use instant oats without soaking according to your preference.
- To make the smoothie, add soaked overnight oats in the blender. Add mango, remaining chilled milk, and honey and blend to a smooth consistency.
- Pour the mango smoothie into the serving glasses. Top it up with some chopped mango cubes. Sprinkle chia seeds and pumpkin seeds on the top and garnish with mint sprig.
- Enjoy Mango Oats Breakfast Smoothie chilled.
