Ingredients
- 200 gm Condensed Milk
- 125 ml Milk
- 100 gm Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour (Maida)
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions
- Take a bowl, add softened butter and castor sugar. Whisk together till light and fluffy. (All ingredients should be at room temperature. Omit the salt in the recipe if you are using salted butter.)
- Add condensed milk and cardamom powder and mix it well. Add milk and whisk till mixed well.
- Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Put the dry ingredients into the above wet ingredients and mix gently with a whisk or spatula.
- Pour the batter into greased or parchment paper-lined 6-inch cake tin or bundt pan. Tap the pan 2-3 times to release the air bubbles.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool down for 5 minutes. Run a serrated knife around the edges of the cake, loosen it and let it cool down completely on the wire rack.
- Dust it with icing sugar, cut the slices with a knife into the desired thickness and to serve.
