These cute puppy face cookies look super cute and taste delicious. This cookie recipe is a simple butter cookie recipe made with butter, sugar, and flour and flavoured with vanilla essence. This is an eggless cookie recipe and super easy to bake. You need only a few ingredients to bake these simple and super cute cookies.
This delicious butter cookie has a fantastic butter flavour and a melt-in-your-mouth texture that will make you return for more. This butter cookie is different from traditional old-fashioned butter cookie recipes. It doesn’t have eggs, and the amount of butter is less. You can make the dough beforehand and bake it with your kids. Engage them in rolling the dough and making the face of the puppy; it will be a fun-filled family baking activity. Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Maida (All-purpose flour) (1+â…” cup)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 130 gm Unsalted Butter ( ½ cup+1 tbsp)
  • 100 gm Powdered sugar ( ½ cup+2 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 3 tsp Chocolate chips for eyes and nose
  • ¼ cup Kellogg's Chocos for ears

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 170 c. Line the baking tray with parchment paper or grease it with oil and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla essence and mix it well.
  • Add flour and salt to the butter mixture and make a dough. (If using salted butter, then skip the salt.) Don’t over-knead the dough.
  • Make small balls from the cookie dough and use chocolate chips to make eyes, nose, and Chocos for ears.
  • Place them on the baking tray, leaving a gap of 1 inch between each cookie.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges start browning.
  • Allow them to cool down on the wire rack. Store the cookies in an air-tight container.
  • Cookies are ready to enjoy!
