Ingredients
- 200 gm Maida (All-purpose flour) (1+â…” cup)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 130 gm Unsalted Butter ( ½ cup+1 tbsp)
- 100 gm Powdered sugar ( ½ cup+2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 3 tsp Chocolate chips for eyes and nose
- ¼ cup Kellogg's Chocos for ears

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170 c. Line the baking tray with parchment paper or grease it with oil and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla essence and mix it well.
- Add flour and salt to the butter mixture and make a dough. (If using salted butter, then skip the salt.) Don’t over-knead the dough.
- Make small balls from the cookie dough and use chocolate chips to make eyes, nose, and Chocos for ears.
- Place them on the baking tray, leaving a gap of 1 inch between each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges start browning.
- Allow them to cool down on the wire rack. Store the cookies in an air-tight container.
- Cookies are ready to enjoy!
