Ingredients
- 2 cups Full-fat milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate (chunks, chips, shavings)
- ¼ tsp Vanilla essence
- â…› tsp Cinnamon Powder
- â…› tsp Salt

Instructions
- In a saucepan, add milk, cocoa powder and sugar. Place the saucepan on a medium flame and whisk them together until they are combined well.
- Add chocolate chunks, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and salt and whisk them together.
- Bring the milk to a light boil while stirring constantly. Stir the milk constantly, or else the Chocolate will stick on the bottom.
- Make sure the Chocolate chunks are fully melted and incorporated well in the milk.
- Turn off the flame and set aside the hot chocolate to cool down.
- Let it come to your desired temperature, and serve it with your favourite toppings like whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate syrup or chocolate shavings and cream.
- Enjoy warmly warm creamy hot chocolate with your favourite toppings and a dash of cocoa powder.
