Ingredients
- 1 cup Aata (whole wheat flour)
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Mix herbs (Italian seasoning)
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp White Til (white sesame seeds)
- ¼ cup Ghee (clarified Butter)
- ¼ cup Water

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170 C and line the baking tray with parchment paper.
- Add wheat flour, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, baking powder and salt in a big mixing bowl. Mix it well.
- Add ghee to the dry ingredients and start mixing. Mix it well with your fingers.
- Add water and start bringing the ingredients together to form a dough. Do not knead it. If you find it difficult to make dough, then add more water (1 teaspoon at a time) to make dough.
- Place the dough on the parchment paper, then place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough.
- Roll the dough of the thickness around ¼ inch. Remove the top sheet and sprinkle the flax seeds and sesame seeds on the top. Press them lightly with the rolling pin.
- Cut the dough into your desired shape ( square, rectangle, diamond).
- Place them on the lined baking tray, leaving a ½ inch gap between them.
- Bake them at 170 C for 13-15 minutes until the edges start browning.
- Allow them to cool down completely and store them in an airtight container.
- Enjoy the baked spicy namak para with tea or coffee or as it is.
