Preheat the oven to 170 C and line the baking tray with parchment paper.
Add wheat flour, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, baking powder and salt in a big mixing bowl. Mix it well.
Add ghee to the dry ingredients and start mixing. Mix it well with your fingers.
Add water and start bringing the ingredients together to form a dough. Do not knead it. If you find it difficult to make dough, then add more water (1 teaspoon at a time) to make dough.
Place the dough on the parchment paper, then place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough.
Roll the dough of the thickness around ¼ inch. Remove the top sheet and sprinkle the flax seeds and sesame seeds on the top. Press them lightly with the rolling pin.
Cut the dough into your desired shape ( square, rectangle, diamond).
Place them on the lined baking tray, leaving a ½ inch gap between them.
Bake them at 170 C for 13-15 minutes until the edges start browning.
Allow them to cool down completely and store them in an airtight container.
Enjoy the baked spicy namak para with tea or coffee or as it is.
