Ingredients
- 350 gm Fish Fillet
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Mustard Powder
- 3 tbsp Cream
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- Fresh Coriander For garnishing
- Lemon wedges For garnishing

Instructions
- Clean and wash fish fillets. Tap dry the fillets with a kitchen towel and keep them aside.
- Take a grinder and add 3 tablespoons of yellow mustard seeds and grind it to a smooth fine powder at high speed. Keep it aside.
- Take a microwave-safe bowl. Add butter, cream, mayonnaise, mustard powder, garlic, lemon juice, salt and freshly crushed black pepper. Mix it well and heat this mixture in a microwave for 1 minute (30 seconds bursts), stir in between until melted and smooth.
- Place fish in a baking dish. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and black pepper according to your taste.
- Pour over the above mixture on the fish and spread it evenly. Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 C for 10-12 minutes or until fish is just cooked.
- Remove from the oven and transfer fish to a serving plate. Spoon over the sauce and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
- Serve the baked fish with mashed potato, baked broccoli and green salad.
