Ingredients
- ½ cup Strawberry , chopped
- ½ cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2½ cups Cold Water
- 10-12 Mint Leaves
- 20 Ice cubes
- Lemon slices For garnishing

- Take a blender, add ½ cup of strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and ½ cup of water. Blend it to a smooth puree. Strain the puree through a fine strainer to remove the tiny seeds of strawberries. The amount of sugar in this recipe can be reduced or increased according to the taste. You can use honey or maple syrup instead of sugar.
- Now, transfer the puree to a large pitcher. Add 2 cups of cold water and gently crushed mint leaves. Stir it well and adjust the water and sweetness as per your choice.
- Pour it over ice cubes and garnish it with lemon slices. It's a freezer-friendly recipe, stays good for 2 days. Make it beforehand and chill it in the refrigerator covered.
