Ingredients
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- â…“ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Chilled Water
- ¾ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 300 ml Soda water
- 10-12 Mint Leaves
- 10-15 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Take a blender jar, add lemon juice, black salt, water, roasted cumin powder and sugar (The amount of sugar can be decreased or increased as per your taste). Blend it for 1-2 minutes or till all the ingredients are incorporated well.
- Pour the shikanji base into serving glasses along with ice, lemon slices and mint leaves. Top it up with soda water and stir it well with a spoon (Soda water is optional; you can prepare this drink without soda water).
- Serve it chilled.
