Ingredients
- 200 gm Til (white sesame)
- 150 gm Gud (jaggery)
- ¼ cup water

Instructions
- Wash and dry the sesame seeds on the kitchen towel. Let it dry completely.
- Heat pan or kadhai on a low flame and add sesame seeds. Roast on a low flame until the seeds change colour and start to pop. Transfer to a plate and keep aside.
- Add water in the same kadhai and add gud (jaggery). Mix and melt the jaggery and prepare jaggery syrup. Cook until it starts bubbling and reaches the soft ball stage.
- To check the perfect stage, take some water in a bowl. Drop a few drops of jaggery syrup in the water. When you remove it from the water, the consistency will be sticky, and you can roll it and form a soft ball.
- At this stage, turn off the flame and the roasted sesame seeds and quickly mix them.
- When the mixture is still hot, start rolling and shaping the ladoos. If the mixture is hot, apply water on your palms and make the ladoos.
- Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Serve and enjoy ladoos with your loved ones!
