Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C and prepare the bread loaf pan. Grease the pan or line it with parchment paper and keep it aside.
- Take a big bowl and add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder and pumpkin pie spice. Mix it well and set it aside.
- Take another big bowl and add powdered sugar, brown sugar, oil, and pumpkin puree. Mix it well.
- Add eggs (one egg at a time) and whisk them well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and milk and whisk it well.
- Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients in 2-3 batches and mix it well. Fold it gently and make sure there are no lumps of flour. Do not over mix the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Tap the pan 2-3 times to remove any air bubbles.
- Bake it in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes or until the skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean (if the skewer doesn't come out clean, add another 5 minutes of baking time and test it again).
- Let it cool down in the pan before turning the cake out. Allow it to cool down completely before slicing the pumpkin bread.
- Cut the thick slices of delicious pumpkin bread and serve it warm.
