You can increase or decrease the amount of sweetness according to your taste. Ingredients
  

  • 1¾ cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 1½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree (canned or homemade)
  • 2 Egg (large)
  • â…“ cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C and prepare the bread loaf pan. Grease the pan or line it with parchment paper and keep it aside.
  • Take a big bowl and add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder and pumpkin pie spice. Mix it well and set it aside.
  • Take another big bowl and add powdered sugar, brown sugar, oil, and pumpkin puree. Mix it well.
  • Add eggs (one egg at a time) and whisk them well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and milk and whisk it well.
  • Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients in 2-3 batches and mix it well. Fold it gently and make sure there are no lumps of flour. Do not over mix the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Tap the pan 2-3 times to remove any air bubbles.
  • Bake it in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes or until the skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean (if the skewer doesn't come out clean, add another 5 minutes of baking time and test it again).
  • Let it cool down in the pan before turning the cake out. Allow it to cool down completely before slicing the pumpkin bread.
  • Cut the thick slices of delicious pumpkin bread and serve it warm.
