Mango Coriander chutney is a spicy-tangy green chutney or condiment made of green raw mango, fresh coriander leaves, some herbs and assorted spices. This is a must-try, super delicious and easy-to-prepare recipe. This mango coriander chutney not only elevates the taste of any dish but also aids in digestion and is also very nutritious. It is rich in vitamin A and vitamin C, Iron and minerals. The main ingredient of this chutney green mango is good for health as it protects from heat strokes and dehydration during the summer season.
Indian food is incomplete without chutneys. Chutney is an integral part of Indian cuisine and is relished with snacks or as a side dish during lunch or dinner. In Indian homes, green chutney is the most popular one and is made regularly. During winters it is mostly made with coriander, amla (Indian gooseberry) and lemon; in summers it is made with green mangoes, fresh mint and coriander leaves.
This is a perfectly delicious and tangy chutney that goes very well as a dip for snacks like kachoris, fritters, pakodas or samosas or as a spread in wraps and sandwiches or to drizzle over your favourite chaat or you can simply serve it as a side to any meal. You can store this chutney for up to one week in a refrigerator.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup (or1 small) Green mango , chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Roasted peanuts
  • ½ cup Mint leaves
  • 1 cup (50g) Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Black salt
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Take a grinder and add roughly chopped mango, mint leaves and roughly chopped Coriander Leaves along with the stem (do not discard the stem of coriander leaves. It’s very flavourful, use it in the chutney).
  • Add roasted Peanuts, Add ginger, roasted cumin powder, green chillies, garlic Cloves, Roasted peanuts, black salt, salt, jaggery, water and ice cubes.
  • Grind them all to a fine paste. Mango green chutney is ready to serve.
  • Transfer the chutney to a clean sterilised glass jar and store it in a fridge for up to one week.
