Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour (Aata)
- 1 cup Ghee (Clarified Butter), melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups Water

Instructions
- Heat ghee in a heavy-bottom Kadhai and let it melt on a low flame.
- Now add flour. Keep stirring on low-medium flame. Roast the flour for20-25 minutes until it turns golden brown and smells aromatic.
- Meanwhile, heat water in a pan, add sugar and melt it properly. Once the sugar is dissolved completely, and sugar syrup starts to boil, turn the flame to low. Boil the sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the flame.
- Now add the hot sugar syrup to the roasted flour mixture in 2-3 parts. Add the sugar syrup gradually, be very careful as the mixture bubbles and splutters a lot.
- Keep stirring continuously till the syrup is incorporated and absorbed well with the flour.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything comes together and the Prasad starts releasing ghee from the sides of Kadhai.
- Kada Prasad is ready!!
