Ingredients
For Dough
- 8 slices Bread
- Salt To taste
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 4 tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- ¼ cup Water
For Stuffing
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 small Onion ,finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Capsicum ,finely chopped
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- ½ tsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Salt To taste
For Slurry
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs for coating
- Oil For deep fry

Instructions
- Take 8 slices of bread, and tear them into small pieces. Transfer them to a grinding jar, grind them well and make a fine powder.
- Now, transfer the fine bread crumbs to a bowl. Add 4 tbsp of pizza sauce, black pepper powder, 2 tbsp of cornflour and salt and mix everything well. Add water, mix it well and prepare a smooth dough. Cover and keep it aside
- For stuffing, Add ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, 1 chopped onion, capsicum, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and 2 tbsp of chopped coriander to a mixing bowl. Mix everything well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions. Prepare small balls and keep them aside.
- Now take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of corn flour and water and prepare a smooth, lump-free slurry. Set it aside.
- Take 1 tablespoon of dough and spread it like a small disc. Now, place a stuffing ball in the centre. Gather it from all sides, seal the edges and remove the extra dough. Roll it between your palms and prepare a smooth ball.
- Prepare all the pizza Bombs with the same procedure with the remaining dough and stuffing.
- Dip the pizza bomb into the corn flour slurry and coat it well. Transfer the ball to the breadcrumbs, and roll and coat the balls evenly with the breadcrumbs. Prepare the remaining pizza bombs with the same procedure.
- Heat oil on a medium flame in a pan or kadhai for deep frying.
- After the oil is hot, add the prepared Pizza Bomb to the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the kadhai.
- Deep fry the pizza bombs on a medium flame until golden and crisp. Flip them gently. Transfer the fried balls to a tissue paper-lined plate.
- Bread Pizza Bombs are ready to serve. Serve it hot with your favourite chutney or sauce.
