Ingredients
- 1 cup Seedless Dates (Khajoor) , chopped
- ½ cup Anjeer (dried figs) , chopped
- ¼ cup Almonds
- ¼ cup Cashew Nuts
- 2 tbsp Pistachios
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsps, heaped Desiccated Coconut
- 2 tbsp Poppy seeds (Khas Khas)
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- Ghee For greasing

Instructions
- Add almonds, cashews, pistachios and raisins into a food processor or a blender. Blend them to a coarse powder.
- Add chopped dried figs, desiccated coconut and chopped seedless dates and blend them together with the coarse mixture of dry fruits until they blend nicely and form like a dough.
- Transfer the mixture to a plate and add poppy seeds and green cardamom powder. Mix them well with a hand or a spatula until they combine well.
- Grease a modak mould with ghee. Take a portion of the mixture, stuff it into a modak mould, gently press the mixture and remove the excess mixture. Gently demould the anjeer modak.
- Arrange the Anjeer and Dates Modaks on a serving plate. Anjeer and Dates modak are ready for the bhog prashad.
