Take a pressure cooker and add ½ cup of water, 1 cup of raw peanuts, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cover the lid and let the whistle come on a high flame.
After 1 whistle, turn the flame to low. Cook the peanuts for 5 minutes on a low flame. Turn off the flame and let the pressure release of the pressure cooker.
Strain the boiled peanuts and set them aside. Let them cool down at room temperature.
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the raw mango, onion, tomato, green chilli and cucumber. Clean and finely chop the coriander leaves.
Add cooled boiled peanuts to a big mixing bowl. Add finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli, raw mango and coriander leaves.
Add chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, green chutney, lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix it well.
Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish it with fine nylon sev (optional) and coriander leaves.
